TERMS OF SERVICE
Online Purchase
If you choose to make a purchase through MATCHING STARS, you agree to pay MATCHING STARS all charges at the prices displayed to you for the service you’ve selected as well as any sales or similar taxes that may be imposed on your payments, and you authorize MATCHING STARS to charge your chosen payment provider (your “Payment Method”).
If you purchase a subscription through MATCHING STARS, your subscription will continue indefinitely until cancelled by you. After your initial subscription commitment period, and again after any subsequent subscription period, your subscription will automatically continue for an additional equivalent period, at the price you agreed to when subscribing, until you cancel. You agree that your account will be subject to this automatic renewal feature. If you do not wish your account to renew automatically or if you want terminate your subscription, please login and go to configuration screen on Matching Stars and access SUBSCRIPTIONS option and follow the instructions. If you cancel your subscription, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term, and your subscription will not be renewed after your then-current term expires. The terms of your payment will be based on your payment method and may be determined by agreements between you and the financial institution, credit card issuer or other provider of your chosen payment method.

Matching stars respects the privacy of its users and has developed this document to inform you the information that matching stars collects and how that information may be used, with whom it may be shared, and your choices about such uses and disclosures.

Information Matching Stars collect about you
Matching Stars may collect the follow information :
– Your name and email address (personal information).
– In order to register as a user with Matching Stars, you will be asked to sign in using your Facebook login. If you do so, you authorize matching stars to access your public Facebook profile (consistent with your privacy settings in Facebook), your email address, interests, likes, gender, birthday, education history, relationship interests, current city, photos, personal description, friend list, and information about and photos of your Facebook friends Who might be common Facebook friends with other Matching Stars users.
– Location information from your device when you download or use the application.
– Personal information you provide while using Matching Stars, such as your name, address, email address and telephone number, personal description, information about your gender and preferences for recommendations, such as search distance, age range and gender.
– The content of your chats (if you chat with other Matching Stars users).
– If you contact matching stars customer service through email, you provide Matching Stars with the content of the communication.
– Information from your device when you access Matching Stars. This information could include your device ID and type, the operation system used by your device, access times and your mobile device’s geographic location while the application is actively running.
-Cookies and use of cookie data. Through the use of a cookie,the application may collect information about your activity on the service, such as the pages you visit , the time and date of your visits and the links you click. If Matching Stars advertise, the application may use certain data collected on our service to show you Matching Stars advertisements on others sites or applications.
-Mobile device IDs.
-Information collected by third-parties for advertising purposes. Service providers,advertising companies, ad networks and other third parties may be allowed to display advertisements on our application.

Matching Stars may use information collected about you to :

Although our Service is a general audience Service, we restrict the use of our service to individuals age 18 and above.
Visiting our service from outside Brazil
If you are visiting our Service from outside Brazil, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Brazil where our servers are located and our central database is operated. By using our services, you understand and agree that your information may be transferred to our facilities and those third parties with whom we share it as described in this privacy policy.
